Querry on a passive? Criticals poison target

I obtained the passive "criticals with daggers poison target" I have no way to see if this works. No orb appears similar to a viper strike.
Is this working correctly? Curious..... Is a combat data screen in the works? or does one exist to see effects in progress with animations. Modulate -Skullfuck , tune to play POE

"It doesn't do an orb - those are specific to viper strike. The poison effect places on the monster will be visible though - it looks like green bubbles, and is the same one used on monsters who walk into the poison cloud caused by the poison arrow skill. | |
" 2 questions: 1. If that's the case, why do Oozeback Oozebloom's (?) critical hits cause a poison orb — why not use the same system for each one? 2. What is the damage that the passive deals, and over how long? Fresh cakes for all occasions.

"I think you mean Plague Vomit (the zombie - oozeback is the rhoa). His critical hits don't do poison - he has the viper strike skill and uses it instead of the default attack sometimes (but not every time). It has nothing to do with criticals, it is the viper strike skill, which uses a specific kind of charge/orb. "Chaos damage equal to 10% of total damage from the hit over 2 seconds. How are you supposed to TEST areas when you constantly suffer server sync failure.

" Well...You're kind of throwing a tantrum over dying in a closed beta test...where they actually let you keep playing a hardcore character after death if you want to...But you're too proud to I guess? Isn't that sort of the general elitist perception of "default people"?
